Hi there. I'm looking for some help. I'm 5'7 and 180 lbs. I've always struggled with my weight and appearance.
I have met the love of my life and he has inspired me to be a better person. I went from 220 to 180 from eating better and being more active. (Also moving to Jamaica for 6 months helps too)
My personal goal is 150. I have not moved from 180 in 5 months and my tummy and thighs are out of control. Is there ANYONE out there that can help me reach my goal. I wanna be a beautiful healthy bride for my groom and to myself
