I've just joined because I need to lose 25 lbs more. Ugh. I'm 5'3" and used to be 253lbs (9/2013) and now 157 and stuck here for a couple months. My body just is jiggly and looking to tone my inner thighs, butt and abs. I need to find a way to curb my carb cravings that are back :( What are good exercise programs to start?
