So today I was 1500 calories over my goal, and I feel like this keeps happening. I keep losing sight of my goal, to be a healthier person. And I'm not sure how to keep going, I obviously lack the gall to do so, but In my head I want it so bad.
Don't go on a guilt trip. Now that your calories are more, get out and burn them. Workout and get those calories out. Everytime you reward yourself with extra calories, you must punish yourself with extra workout.
