You said do them . every day but then again u say have a rest day in between.u cant workout everyday hard core cause u will be sore with no results do im deciding if i should do weights 1 day then cardio the next on my rest day i do my treadmill i did 5 ks today.
Should i just be exausted on my workout day by doing it all cardio &weights then rest for a day???
i do ab excerises everyday 3 sets of ten at least.
