My arms were like at 40% lol 
I first lifted 24 lbs dumbbells! 
Quickly took some weights off and went with 12 lbs lol!!

Ok here what I did today 

I also did 20- fire hydrants with kickback pre side 
20- Circling donkey kicks per side
I've always had a "Big booty" I'm Puerto Rican!! And I get it from my mama too lol!!
but doing these donkey kicks and fire hydrant kick backs hubby said makin my butt bigger!
I've noticed to that all three glute muscles are pushing out and rounding ( they feel bigger)  
So for anyone wanted to round out ur big booty or get a bigger booty do these!!!

Did ur day 4 shoulder workout today. Can barley raise my arms at this point. I threw in abs and some rear delt exercises. Locks off the what... ?

Lock's off the cage, and the beast is out...
I did shoulders earlier tonight as well. Traps delts and everything else are burning!! Feels good too. Feels real good. Not much more to say other than its been one hell of a day today!

Good job to all of you putting in the work, where ever you are keep it up!

Did your leg workout today even though it wasnt the day for it but its my leg day lol and yeh i was wobbling down the stairs after it hoping not fall infront of everyone

Yeh true im lucky if i go 3 days a week to gym so i have to squish in alot of my workouts but better than nothing :)

I know the feels. Check out some of my other workouts maybe; I used to go 3 days a week so I have some that are multiple muscle groups per day. All so a few short ones that are just one group so you can mix and match :-) enjoy

Alright folks, * JackD * 8 Weeks To Increase - Day 5 - Back is in the books! I'm thinking deadlifts at the end here was NOT a good idea. It was a great idea! And smart as a bag of bricks too! I feel every muscle in my back rocked up. And I liiike it.
How often to you get a pump in the lats?! Arms and shoulders got a little extra work in as well. All and all a good night!

Nice easy weekend up ahead with cardio on Saturday and optional rest/stretching on Sunday.

Next week though sh.t gets real.
We're going to keep at 3 sets o'ten,  except this time we're increasing the weight by 5 - 10 pounds each set! Each mother#*$!/£$ing set!

Enjoy your weekend my dear brothers and sisters,  we know damn well you deserve it!

Today has been a grand day of walking resting and a few quite foreign to me yoga poses. I'm getting rested up because tomorrow, hell begins.

* JackD * 8 Weeks To Increase - Day 8 - Chest has been created.

It pretty much sticks to last week's routine except I've removed a few exercises;  such as dumbbell flys. I don't want to put too much stress on the rotator. And also during incline and dumbbell bench press, we're kicking the weight up 2.5 to 5 lbs (1.1 -2.2kg) after each set.
Remember your ending weight here, because it will be our starting point for next week.
As a matter of fact, all of our ending weight this week will be our starting weights for next week.

Anywhoo, enjoy the rest of your Sunday! It's raining here so I've just had my feet kicked up enjoying a nice cold protein shake. Keep working hard my brothers and sisters. Where ever you may be. #beastmodecamp! !

Alright you eger beavers, tomorrow's workout * JackD * 8 Weeks To Increase - Day 9 - Legs has been created for you as well. I've also removed the leg press from this week's routine. See? Am I not kind? am I not merciful?

Don't answer too quickly as I have replaced it with barbell lunges *tehehe*

I'm sticking mostly with last week with a few exceptions;
This week we're increasing weight between sets on barbell squats by 5-10 lbs on each side. Keep it slow and steady here, we're building up our endurance for the weeks ahead.

On all of our other movements though,  I want you to explode through them fast as you can *safely*. It's going to be tough concidering the weight we're using but do not be discouraged. What this is doing is hammering our fast twitch muscles. These are the little rascals that allow us to run faster, jump higher, and lift object alot smoother and with greater ease.

I can only promise you one thing...you're going to feel this.

It's that Camp life.

Finished up Wednesday's * JackD * 8 Weeks To Increase - Day 10 - Arms.

A few changes here, most notably the addition of the dreaded "21s".
This will be the only exercise where we DO NOT increase after every set. So start heavy and stay heavy.

Also we're starting off with incline dumbbell curls. I like these because they really target the inner sides of the biceps.
Another change is the overhead bicep curls. We're doing these with one arm at a time instead of both arms. I tried this out last Wednesday kinda of experimenting between sets and I found that, with a decent amount of weight on the other end of that pully, you're forced to engage alot more of your core in order to remain upright and not lean. Basically; those obliques are going to burrrrrn.

Have fun with this one, it's probably the easiest yet most effective day of our routine.

I can do more reps with my 30lbs Dumbbells now !!! 
I use them also I switched it up with 17 lbs Dumbbells!! 

Also rode bike for 10 min to warm-up!!

Routines are created up until Sunday.  Everything is pretty much staying the same for now, except of course,  increasing the weight between each set . We're still sticking to 3x10 for this week.

So here's the deal; after we get this week wrapped up all nice an purrty, we're moving off of our 3x10 routine and moving over to 5x5. That's 5 (five) reps...for 5(cinco)sets.
That means we're lifting heavy as f**k! #beastmodecamp!
Bench presses, squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, etc...all of our "big boy(/girl) muscles we'll be hitting hard with the 5x5, and everything else such as arm day, we're sticking to 3x10. These muscles are trained enough in our other routines so there's no reason to go all beasty  5x5 on our triceps and can't do any shoulder presses cause we're dead. That would be dumb. Fact. Trust me I know.

Anyway! Moving the f... on; all of our exercises in where we perform 5 sets o' 5, we'll also be increasing the weight on the sets 2 (d'eux) and 5 (whatever 5 is in Italian ). If that doesn't sound so bad to you remember this...we're aiming for failure on ever set!
"But how is that possible, won't I get tired and not be able to push by the fourth set?"
The answer is yes. The next two weeks are set to fail. You will thank me. I promise. After you call me names that would make my mother blush. But that's ok. 'Cause this is
