Hey Everyone i kno its Easter n your all into da good food but dont let this get u too off track!!
Tonight is a great time to burn off those carbs with some high intensity workouts!!
Or like me go running!! So lets keep focus n get goin ppl!!

It's also a good time to prepare a chocolate chip cookie dough & coconut ice-cream dessert though... Think I'll leave the workouts for tomorrow : )

Hahaha...I've had 5 homemade cheese burgers, a medium stuff crust meat lovers, a shit ton of bacon pancakes with the kids, 2 root beer floats, and countless amounts of Reeses minis this weekend...you know...gotta keep this stomach happy.

I think for me thanksgiving is the biggest meal of the year. Tamales, turkey, ham, stuffing, gravy and mashed potatoes, enchiladas, bacon mac and chesse, biscuits. Oh god then the pies so many... ice cream and my family loves the booze. Lol I'm about to go have another round of banana splits!
