Flat and tonned stomach? But no a lot of abs! How can i get it?

I want flat stommach and toned too but i dont want a lot of abs can someone tell me exercises and here's workout who can help me with this? Tips and foods to get it are welcome too

Cardio is required unless the stubborn layer of fat is worked out u wont ever see the abdominal muscles because its hiding underneath your tummy. Try high impact cardio to burn calories fast running,sports, Zumba:-)its also crucial to eat protein the right amount of carbs & calories need to be all counted. I actually have the same goal . Never eat wheat,bread,pasta try loking up the nutritional content on the label:-)

Cardio cardio cardio! Need to burn the fat off.  I'm working on the same. Kickboxing, treadmill, etc.

Serena is right toning is just about losing fat and having at least a little bit of muscles. Also you don't have to worry about getting to big abs. It's really hard for a girl to get a six-pack.

lots of cardio! time to sweat!

its hard for girls to get a ripped 6 pack since we store extra fat and its harder to burn off.

just keep sweating and keep doing ab workouts! you'll get there!
