Hello Guys

So I am starting my fitness journey once again and I need some ideas.

Because of my work placement and my papers I have to do while I work there I have less time and feel weak.
So I am organising my time to get everything thing (studying for my exam, food preparation, papers for my work placement, workouts and work) done.
I know that is not impossible but It is so hard.

So I am planning my day and what I am going to eat so I don't eat junk food.
Do you prefer cheat meals or a full cheat day ?
I think I will eat cheat meals twice a week.

I always feel guilty when I ate unhealthy or to much. I hate to eat something because I can not stop. But I will stay focus.

Do you have any tips ?
