It is track season and this season I am trying to impress the coaches... But need some help in finding good workouts to build speed and make me a better athlete. Does anyone have any advice?

What track events do you want to run? Each event has different training.

Do you only do the 400?

I also do the 200 and sometimes the 100 but j am really trying to prove myself to the coaches in the 400.

Try resistant training, also weighted running. The main thing is to work on your explosion in the take off from the blocks. (Source is I lettered 3x in track)
