I have been doing constant ab and leg workouts but the problem is I am not able to reduce my waist or my lower abs...any help?
Gotta run, or any other cardio, it's the best way to get rid of that area. Something else that helps me is to do sit ups and crunches on a balance ball, stretches them out more.
Does situps and crunches on the exercise mat help ?
Any sit ups and crunches will only help to build muscle. It doesn't help reduce fat. Cardio will reduce the fat, and the ball versus the mat will elongate the muscles more, which can help with size and appearance
