I know whilst working out it is sometimes hard to motivate yourself. Here are some tips that's help me:
1. Always think about what you will see on the scales after the workout. So think of the postitive side of working out
2. In addition to this think about what your new flat and toned stomach will look like
3. Picture you finishing the workout in your head as this then motivates your brain to carry on
4. Have fun
