I've been wondering. What is your motivation for workout and how do you keep it? How do you keep working out and not quit? :)

Focus on your final goal. Imagine yourself fitter healthier.. Challenge yourself everyday. Find a workout buddy

I just imagine who I will be after working out... It's summer soon and I want to be skinny. To reach the goal, We should go!
Also, pain in my body motivate me, I like that feeling.
