What's the best way to build chest mussel?

If u r going to gym then try flat bench barbell presses incline bench . Flat and incline bench dumbell presses . Dumbel flys . Cable flys

Okay well u can try Pushup with its many variations. Do do high reps. If u go above 15 or so than put weight on ur back like a backpack with weights or books etc. Try to stay between about 8-12 for muscle gains. And If that's too easy then put weights on ur back. Or u can use weights, bench press and do the variations so that u have an even chest with all parts working. So flat, decline, incline etc. 
And DIPS bro. Chest dips. Not many do this but it will get u great gains if done properly.
And so for everything make sure u do a rep range of between 8-12 otherwise the weight is too light so u need to put more on or if u can't reach that range then make the weights lighter. Keep ur diet in check as well

What worked for a friend from rehab was alternating between heavy weight diamond pushups and wide pushups every other day(11 reps, two sets, increase weight if 11 reps becomes easy/not sore the next day), and on the off days, variable position held exercises(palms on ground, elbows off plank position for 30 seconds) three sets each, low, high, and midrangeI'm trying it myself as of the past few weeks, and it seems to be workingToning and building at the same time.
