how long should i workout before i start seeing results?!! im 55 kgs aiming to tone and build muscles i also dn eat much fast food and im drinking detox lemon amd water daily .. i need to see results to get motivated
Depending on your discipline.. You'll see results fast. But the problem is the results showed of slowly.. Maybe you can't notice it in first weeks but others can.
Be patient.. And make your goal is workout and the new healthy active live itself instead of fixed goals.
This way you'll be active for whole life & enjoying it. Moreover results will be AMAZING.
