Can someone give me some advice

I hurt my lower back & im in pain. it's been 2 days since i have worked out i want to get back into it but won't risk hurting myself even more when i bend over its hurts its tender . I've done a hot bath and rubbed in deep heat.What should i do?? I'm quite dedicated to my workouts it's killing me mentally but my back is still sore from trying new excerises.any tips,advice etc

I would just workout on the machine for ur back just 3 sets
