Hi guys what do you think which is better diet or workout to be in shape???

Diet is always the most important. In the sense eating healthy, not fad diets. Working out will tone your body and building muscle speeds up your metabolism, but losing fat through only working out and not eating healthy is pretty much impossible.

Hi Anna , I really appreciate your comment can you suggest me should I do calorie counting or not?? Or eating healthy foods is enough?
