What is the difference between cardio and loss weight categories?
Cardio basically workouts which targeting your heart and make it stronger.
Oh thanks haha i had always think that cardio was to lose weight hahahah i should have the most healthy heart of the world thank you very much man n.n
When you burn calories, your heart has to beat faster, because your muscles need more oxygen and glucose, so it's basically the same.
Cardio is a good way to lose weight. On the other hand, there are other ways too (eating and of course every workout that gives you muscles).
But cardio is not only to lose weight, also to strengthen your heart, reducing pulse and blood pressure, caring for a better blood circulation in your organs, improving your guts, avoiding a lot of diseases.
