I wanna lose some weight

I am ready to lose some weight. This is the heaviest I have ever been. I am 6'3 and 282lb, I want to loose at least 40lb.

The first step is making your mind which you obviously have and second is to keep your self motivated and keep working steadily on your fitness plan. You'll see the amazing results in few weeks. Just believe in yourself and keep up the good work. Best of Luck.

Building muscle. For each pound of muscle you gain you'll burn an extra 50 calories a day by just living. Imagine if you gain 10 pounds of muscles, that'll be 500 a day. So cardio is very important but make friends with the weights too or even use your body weight. You're on to a good start. Good luck!
