I caved and ate an el diablo burger from Hardee's , now I feel so guilty!! And I'm taking the acai 14 day detox... any tips for recovering or have I already screwed up this detox attempt? If it means anything I didn't have any soda, I only ate a fold over piece of whole wheat bread with a tablespoon of peanut butter and half a banana, with flaxseeds for breakfast.

Ditch the detox with the guilt...workout and drink plenty of water, good mix of proteins and carbs within your calorie range and you have what your body wants and needs.
