If you domt feel any pain the day after you didnt do it right so get up an go back at it.

If you feel the pain the next day you did do it right so get back up a keep up the great work dont let nothing hold you down

If you went #BeastModeCamp style DOMS won't set in until two days later.

How long is it cause i only have about 1 an 1/2 week left to work out on my own so im looking for something thats maybe a week 2 at the most

No nephew, DOMS is delayed onset muscle soreness , the "pain" we all covet, and for #beastmodecamp you'll have to refer to my post on the matter
