I need help to stay on track and burning fat tips! My doctor said I need to lose 20-25 lbs to be in a healthier state. Please help, dealing with this at a young age!

Hey☺️ try doing some of the weight loss routines on here and walking and running can help also!

Ok I will! Also try to watch your calorie intake. Eat healthy I've just recently changed my eating habits and I've been noticing a difference.
