We all work hard. We stay consistent and eventually begin to see great results. We should all be proud. Be happen with ourselves and the progress we've been making. We should never have to look in the mirror and be ashamed, or discouraged. These are our bodies and we've been given power to transform them.

But...

Sometimes it's not enough. Sometimes there's a hunger...a burn deep inside. An urge. A voice that tells growls to take another step. Not to quit. To keep pushing. A fire that consumes...it whispers wet, "morrre".
That's the Beast. The beast is insatiable often. It quinches it's thirst in sweat...it feeds on iron. It has no friends. It has no enemy. It knows only one thing...morrre.

I tried to appease this Beast tonight...he's not satisfied. More.
Time to set him loose.

It's gym time...there is no lock...there is no cage.
The beast is hungry. It's time for more. More!
