By joining this site does that mean I have to do the work outs on here just to get stats up? Like I have my own work schedule at the mo and can't really fit anything more into it! I'm sure eventually when it's time to chop and change I'll try some of the workouts here most likely Scott's dare to shred, but at the moment im content with what I'm doing.

You can create your own workouts or look for those, that fit to your own plan

Oh and if it's not possible to start the app and do your wo, of course you can log it later - when you're already relaxing lol
