Need help

So i have been doing workouts since a pretty long time always the same...but now i did something with my wrist and my doc said im not allowed to put pressure on it not even a bit and i dont only want to train my right arm. So does anyone have an idea of wich workout or what i should do to keep working out my bi- and tricep?
