Going through phases...

Hey, so I want to build up and maintain my core and leg strength, but I go through phases of being very motivated to do workouts to then being so demotivated and just generally not in the mood to do anything. Any suggestions? Much appreciated

Set an alarm every day and when it goes off jump in your workout gear on the days I feel like I don't want to I get in my workout clothes and I usually feel up for it once I'm in them... and getting getting in a exercise bra and pants is half a workout in itself...-__- so chances are you will be in the mood lol
