I didn't know that stress can put a lot on your body and energy. I'm gonna try to get into a regular workout routin and hopefully get back into shape. Please help me..........

My dad used used to say 'stress' is the biggest killer...Think of life as temporary so why waste it stressed out with what is trival maters.

Working out is my stress reliever! Especially during and after tax season. A little bit of stress us good but too much stress can be detrimental to your health. Find your balance. I agree with Matt, Why waste your time on the small things & being stressed? Be thankful for each day you are given! =)
