I didn't know that stress can put a lot on your body and energy. I'm gonna try to get into a regular workout routin and hopefully get back into shape. Please help me..........

Kickboxing can be very relaxing even a good cardio workout

The yoga workouts here are pretty great for releasing those tight muscles and relieving stress.
