92 Day Fitness Challenge...Starting May 1st
Hello & Good Morning!!! I woke up today feeling tried and sleepy. I work a double today starting at noon and would rather stay home this morning and get some extra sleep before I go to work but Im choosing to go workout instead. I started I'm weight loss goal about a year ago and lost about 36lbs, but then I got comfortable and it set me back like 4-5 months just yo-yoing back and forth between weights. I feel myself getting comfortable again and that's why I'm starting this challenge. For these 90 plus days I want to push myself every single day by eating right and doing my workout, because the way I see it ,I gain the weight so I need to lose it and it's not going to happen by itself I gotta put the work in to see the results. I would love anybody and everybody to come join me on becoming more fitter and healthy version of yourself, by sharing stories, pictures, goals, motivation ,anything you like really. I can't be a solo player all the time sometimes it's nice to have some friends along the way .

Well good morning everybody I hope you're waking up to a bright beautiful day just like I am, I have a few errands to run before work but before all that I'm going to start out with my morning exercise. Remember it takes 21 days to make it a habit , and this is day 1 !!

Totally with you! I think I'm in the same place you are. I lost all the weight two years ago and for some reason this year has just been a yoyo up and down. Specially these last 3months. So I am planning to can those pounds away by October! I am not liking how i feel so uncomfortable with the extra weight. Well, that's my story. Let's motivate each other, I will be doing my workouts on here and in the gym and hopefully get my diet down with some hard work!
Great post Rae! I definitely need motivation when it comes to working out... I find myself quitting after about a week... lol. I am going to dedicate myself to this challenge and hopefully make it to the end!! Good luck to you all!
Well good morning everybody !! I hope you all had a great first day yesterday with tons of exercise and healthy food lol. I got to bed pretty late last night so I am super tired this morning, but I'm getting ready right now to go to the gym. Keep in mind it takes your body and your mind 21 days to make a habit out of something, so I know these first 3 weeks are going to be hard but I know you're so determined and motivated you got this in the bag!!!!

Going to finley park for a family fit day...yay!!! This is awesome because my family members are home bodies...lol, except for if they're biking through the neighborhood. Get out and enjoy this beautiful day and stay motivated!!
Day 3 Almost skipped today...but I went for a light work out. The streak is still ALIVE at 3 days. How's everyone doing?
