92 Day Fitness Challenge...Starting May 1st

Hello & Good Morning!!! I woke up today feeling tried and sleepy. I work a double today starting at noon and would rather stay home this morning and get some extra sleep before I go to work but Im choosing to go workout instead. I started I'm weight loss goal about a year ago and lost about 36lbs, but then I got comfortable and it set me back like 4-5 months just yo-yoing back and forth between weights. I feel myself getting comfortable again and that's why I'm starting this challenge. For these 90 plus days I want to push myself every single day by eating right and doing my workout, because the way I see it ,I gain the weight so I need to lose it and it's not going to happen by itself I gotta put the work in to see the results. I would love anybody and everybody to come join me on becoming more fitter and healthy version of yourself, by sharing stories, pictures, goals, motivation ,anything you like really. I can't be a solo player all the time sometimes it's nice to have some friends along the way .

Hey Miss Rae, Congrats on your decision to challenge yourself. Iam in. I wanna build up muscles again and tone a.lil more. I look rather skinny but would love to build endurance as well as feeling physically stronger. I struggle most with consistency. So count me in! :-) Regards from,Germany.

My goal has nothing to do with weight. Initially it's just having a consistent workout schedule each day. It start at 3 days a week... now it 7 days a week at least 10

Thanks for your inspiration. I, too, said that May 1 would be my RE-starting point. I started with a natural colon cleansing, then began my workout on Monday since I had fasted a few days before. I need to stay motivated & disciplined. I'm by myself in this. I'm trying to do 5 days a week in workouts while staying on my Medifast plan. Let's stay encouraged.

Hiya im in if you want. Its time for me to look at reality and face it so that I can change before it gets massively out of control ( my weight and lifestyle)  :)

Well good morning everybody I hope you're waking up to a bright beautiful day just like I am, I have a few errands to run before work but before all that I'm going to start out with my morning exercise. Remember it takes 21 days to make it a habit , and this is day 1 !!

Starting the day off right:  Just weighed/measured myself and found I lost 2 pounds, an inch in the waist and a quarter inch in the hips. Whoop whoop, this girl's motivated!

Congratulations and that's what I'm talking about start this day off right, I want to start measuring my arms and legs and everything so I can be really accurate about it

So, I went to enter my weight in and found out that I had lost 8, not 2, pounds! Happy dance! :-)

Thanks, Rae. I totally recommend doing measurements. You don't know how many times measurements have saved my sanity and hope when the scale was saying otherwise.

Awe, swimming sounds like a great idea - we're expecting mid 90s through the weekend, great time to get in the pool :-)

HI Rae I'm in to, stared my journey a few days ago for 90 days but I can start today for 90 days
It really helps to have others to motivate you and each other
I'm excited.

It absolutely does help that you have people that are on the same page and want the same goals for you and for themselves as well, and I love that you started your fitness journey before this challenge you , that's awesome welcome :-)

Totally with you! I think I'm in the same place you are. I lost all the weight two years ago and for some reason this year has just been a yoyo up and down. Specially these last 3months. So I am planning to can those pounds away by October! I am not liking how i feel so uncomfortable with the extra weight. Well, that's my story. Let's motivate each other, I will be doing my workouts on here and in the gym and hopefully get my diet down with some hard work!

Great post Rae! I definitely need motivation when it comes to working out... I find myself quitting after about a week... lol. I am going to dedicate myself to this challenge and hopefully make it to the end!! Good luck to you all!

Well good morning everybody !! I hope you all had a great first day yesterday with tons of exercise and healthy food lol. I got to bed pretty late last night so I am super tired this morning, but I'm getting ready right now to go to the gym. Keep in mind it takes your body and your mind 21 days to make a habit out of something, so I know these first 3 weeks are going to be hard but I know you're so determined and motivated you got this in the bag!!!!

Every day is another chance to win. So, jut keep moving. :-) I was up late last night, too. Decided to keep it light this morning, but I'm either going swimming or for a hike later today to make it up. Keeping moving, keeping going, keeping motivated.

Going to finley park for a family fit day...yay!!! This is awesome because my family members are home bodies...lol, except for if they're biking through the neighborhood. Get out and enjoy this beautiful day and stay motivated!!

Day 3 Almost skipped today...but  I went for a light work out.  The streak is still ALIVE at 3 days.  How's everyone doing?
