I'm kinda thin and don't have much fat. I have six pack abs, muscle curves and i am an intense workout guy. Yet i want to gain weight (muscle weight) and tone up a bit. Which workouts should i go for ?
Sonny .... Physiques ain't FedEx... They don't get shipped overnight. If you wanna gain weight, it's years of cycling on and cycling off on FOOD... During "off-season" or winter time, you pack on the food (3000-4000 calories)... Then you cycle down during the summer months.
