Sometimes it helps to get notifications about other people working out. It kind of incentivizes you to not get left behind.You are almost there, then! Just one more push and you'll reach your first goal! Be proud that you are so close than ever now! :)

Holy cow! These are harder than I thought!!! :-)any suggestions :-) i did 62 squats from another app and know my legs are killing me!!! Lol

Hey i dont mind being your workout buddy ... working on Abs too but mostly toning... but the workouts you do are similar to mine so yeah ...
