I am 23 yrs old guy. I have been away from exercises since a long time. I am facing a tummy enlargement problem. Thats looking bad on my body. I need advice on how to have a flat tummy and further grow some abs .please guide me in diet also. I am trying to run slowly after awaking in morning with empty stomach and having some abs exercises. Please guide me !!!!!
