I am 23 yrs old guy. I have been away from exercises since a long time. I am facing a tummy enlargement problem. Thats looking bad on my body. I need advice on how to have a flat tummy and further grow some abs .please guide me in diet also. I am trying to run slowly after awaking in morning with empty stomach and having some abs exercises. Please guide me !!!!!

I think u are on the right track.  Running while fasted is great way to ramp up fat burn.   Ab workouts don't necessarily burn belly fat although putting muscle there is good.    If you are highly stressed cortisol levels high in the afternoon will contribute to belly fat and facial fat.
