According to you, what's your definition of fitness?
Strength, shape, endurance, toned body, flexibility or what. Comment your opinion.

Run 5 miles under 40 mins 
Bench 1.5 your body weight 
Dead lift 2 x your body weight 
Touch your toes easily.  
At least 10 pull ups 
At least 10 sit ups no one holding your feet and no bouncing
Stay injury free and have fun!
