Hi, I recently joined here. A little about myself: I will be 40 this month and have osteoarthritis in both hips. I'm currently taking combat hapkido, along with kickboxing. Im also doing workouts through here. My hips are somehow managing fairly well but I've been unable to combat my stiffness which affects my balance. Does anyone know of anything that may be able to help me overcome stiffness associated with arthritis? I do have to substitute some exercises, and I'm unable to do much floor work in hapkido. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
