HOME WORKOUT SPLIT

I've recently been asked if I can recommend some workouts/exercises for someone working out at home. Below is a recommended split to start someone out so you can test and improve your stamina/strength, after which you begin to tack on additional workouts:

EVERY DAY

MONDAY
Sk's BOUNCING (in my created workouts- the link won't work)
AIN'T NO JIGGLE IN THIS WIGGLE (in my created workouts- the link won't work)

TUESDAY

WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY
Sk's YOGATHINGYMAJIGGY (in my created workouts- the link won't work)

FRIDAY

SATURDAY

SUNDAY = ACTIVE REST

My arms are really very thin does the mentioned workouts ( for arms )can help me in any way??

;D Don't worry man....I am trying 30 mins to schedule the workouts :') It seems this schedule time have killed my workout time ^^.Tommorow is a big day.Full of challenges!I hope i will spam your notifications ^^
