How can I make my butt and thighs smaller?
And also, people say doing squats makes ur butt bigger, is that true?

Hey! I'm no proffesional but to answer your question I think it just makea your booty more lifted and your thighs have more muscle so that the fat doesn't go to them: more muscle less fat.

Eat clean (more veggies, less processed food) and do cardio. 

Strength training, like squats, does make your muscles a little bigger. Squats are great for shaping your butt.

lots of cardio, to lose fat. get your sweat on!

and then once or twice a week do a leg workout and then a butt workout. theres tons on here and also tons on youtube, pinterest, tumblr etc.
