So I'm being stressed and I'm on my period and feeling fat I'm 200.4 lbs and I am slowly losing weight but I still need help and I wish I had someone to work out with

Hey girl don't give up!!! loosing weight required patience, discipline, and determination. Start with baby step and slowly you will get there also remember eating healthy is the key.. Good luck stay strong peace!!!
