How to pick the proper protein powder.

Does anyone around here has some knowledge about how to pick the proper protein powder?
My body seems to burn fat faster than a furnace my meals are often enough and very consistent . But i'm sick of getting protein bars at the gym so I'm gonna try making an investment to buy some protein powder. Would like some tips regarding this ^^

If you really do have a high metabolic rate casein protein would be the best for you u think. But if you are weight training and want to heal and grow muscles I think whey is the way to go. Check bodybuilding.com and see which casein and whey protein are in the top 10, read there reviews and compare prices/ amount per serving you get.
