Hey! I'm looking for some people who'd like to maybe start a group and motivate each other! I had previously lost 35 lbs and now a year and a half later it's coming back .
What helped me the most through my last journey was having a group of friends! I was on Beach Body and had a coach and she put a bunch of us together.
We'd just check in, share pics of our workouts, and have challenges once in awhile. We'd share meals and our workouts. And if one of us was struggling we'd all work through it together! It was really nice and for some reason really helped me!
