I know I've come far from where I started but its not good enough. Ive lost 68 pds and i got to the point where i realized id made a lot of progress but i feel stuck now. It feels like I can't get to a point where I feel accomplished and happy with my body. :(

Wouldn't it be boring if we were happy about everything and never needed to push ourselves to be better??

Very true Scotty. I understand its not an easy process. Ive just struggled with it for a really long time and the past year I have really worked my ass off. I know same thing everybody says. I was just looking for encouragement. Thank you lol

The fact you are discouraged is a good thing. It'll avoid complacency and laziness. You're obviously kicking ass because you've lost so much weight (I've been there also). I always mix up my routines when I feel low and introduce some new exercises to get a different burn. Good luck with it though, I think you're doing great

Congrats for what you have achieved! It must have been a long way, but it was worth it.
What is it exactly what makes you feeling unhappy? What has to happen to make you feel happy?
Look back to where you've started. Be proud and smile:)
Look to the future now. How do you feel when you have reached your next level. Be proud and smile again.
And now... go and work your butt off:))

I've kinda hit a plateau. I'm stuck at or around 200. Either I might lose a few pounds below 200 or 200 or like now I'm at 205. I want to get below 200 and STAY below it but idk what or how to. :(

Just Keep on doing what you have done! Eat clean, do your workouts. As you said, you are on a plateau at the Moment, but if you continue, you will succeed:) Don't give up, your body needs some time before it will Change more. You make it Danielle:)

Well it's time to look at other factors. Diet, stress, sleep can also affect your body.  Medication also plays a big part of it. Right now I am in a constant battle of a medication that is known to add 15 pounds a year. Although exercise helps I have trouble staying conscious of eating throughout the day. I get so focused that I forget to eat then when I do I overeat. It's a battle but one that can be overcome.
I Hope you find that extra push because you are worth it!!
