I know I've come far from where I started but its not good enough. Ive lost 68 pds and i got to the point where i realized id made a lot of progress but i feel stuck now. It feels like I can't get to a point where I feel accomplished and happy with my body. :(
Congrats for what you have achieved! It must have been a long way, but it was worth it.
What is it exactly what makes you feeling unhappy? What has to happen to make you feel happy?
Look back to where you've started. Be proud and smile:)

Well it's time to look at other factors. Diet, stress, sleep can also affect your body. Medication also plays a big part of it. Right now I am in a constant battle of a medication that is known to add 15 pounds a year. Although exercise helps I have trouble staying conscious of eating throughout the day. I get so focused that I forget to eat then when I do I overeat. It's a battle but one that can be overcome.
I Hope you find that extra push because you are worth it!!
