Try making your exercises at a fast pace ,don't allow the muscle to relax . Might just help you with your endurance at the fighting style you practice also. I do that everytime

Take more protein for getting lean tonned body.
Go NUTS. Eat nuts when u feel or in hunger.
Limit ur calories intake.

Fish especially salmon
