Try making your exercises at a fast pace ,don't  allow the muscle to relax . Might just help you with your endurance at the fighting style you practice also. I do that everytime

Take more protein for getting lean tonned body. 
Go NUTS. Eat nuts when u feel or in hunger.
Limit ur calories intake.
Drink more fluid

Dun neglect protein. if you want to lose fat, build muscle, or just be a healthy, well-functioning human being. Your daily protein intake plays an equally crucial role in allowing all of that to happen properly.


Start ur day with an egg 
Nuts
Cottage cheese
Yogurt 
Beef
Chicken breast
Fish especially salmon
Green veggies

Enjoy ur protein...

Constantly thinking about fitness. On here or google looking at forums, success stories, photos of the type of body I want, and I try to be aware of how my body is changing. Progress is just that progress. I like any kind of progress lol.

Well i just start working out after 4 years. So just slowly starting it. Its my 2 week in gym. Aiming for lean body muscle
