Does anyone have any suggestions on what to eat/drink before and after a run or any other exercise?

Banana, a while before give you energy for your run.

I drink my pre workout before I run seems to work really well for me. I dint like to eat before I run gives me side cramps and I feel sluggish lol

A banana is perfect b4 . If u have anything to heavy you'll probably get a stitch . So annoying . After protein shake .:-)

Befire you run..drink as much as water you can...because you're going to sweat alot...thus keep u active and hydrated....

i try to not eat before my workouts, no matter what i eat i always get stiches and cramps, specially if im wanting to run.

but if im super hungry, i will eat an apple with a few crackers, and wait an hour....usually that works and im good to go.

after workout, i try and have a banana and peanut butter, so delicious! good luck!
