Does anyone have any suggestions on what to eat/drink before and after a run or any other exercise?
i try to not eat before my workouts, no matter what i eat i always get stiches and cramps, specially if im wanting to run.
but if im super hungry, i will eat an apple with a few crackers, and wait an hour....usually that works and im good to go.
after workout, i try and have a banana and peanut butter, so delicious! good luck!
