Anyone want to do a 30 day challenge? I've done them before on here and the community support is amazing. Everybody set their own goals. Anyone interested? I will be starting May 21st.

Yes I'm starting a 30 day ab/core challenge of my own. See my profile pic and my forum post for twists to each days exercises. Share progress and support others thru forum post. Also starting a 30 day 300 pushup challenge too. Hope to hear from ya!

Sounds fun. I just finished a 30 day Bikram challenge. I'm giving myself a few days rest and then I'll jump in.

I didn't manage to start today. I WILL be starting in the morning. I'm going to be doing a mixture of challenges that I put together. Crunch, plank, squat, walking and push up. I'm also going to be on a 1000 calorie diet.

Yeah. I've found it helpful in the past for everyone to share their goals. It's more for moral support. I don't have anyone close by to give moral support, so it helps having people to talk to. Everyone touch base once a day or every couple of days. Support for the good and the not so good. Lol

Day 1 for me restarting my 30 day squat challenge ( in my pics )! Beginning stats... my weight is around 130.  I'm 5"3 , 20 y/o. I'll give a more accurate weight In a day or two when I can step on the scale empty bellied. I think its 50 squats for the first day so.. time to get started!

I do have a personal goal of losing three pounds by next Friday, but I don't know my exact weight right now. We'll just have to see!

Update: I'm lazy!!!! Just started over last night. 50 squats down. I also started the 30 day burpee challenge so 10 burpees down also. 55 squats and 15 burpees tomorrow!!

I'm glad to see someone besides me working for this. Today I have 25 squats 20 crunches 45 sec plank and run 2 miles. We will see how it goes. Lol also have an hour yoga class

15 burpees down! Day 2: halfway done. 55 squats to go!!

ANDDDDD 55 squats DONE! YAY day 2: COMPLETE. hopefully this will get me back into my groove!

Slipped on day three but thinking about making them up at work. It makes me sad though because I can't do them all at once and I don't think its the same, spreading them out. Guess its better than not doing them at all.

So I didn't get the chance alone to do them but I will just do them tonight at normal time and just skip my rest day that way yesterday serves as my rest day. It will throw things off a bit but oh well. I'm supposed to post update pics tonight and I'm not sure if I will or if I'd rather wait another week so I can make a little more progress but I do feel as if I've already lost some tummy fat ( strange because most say its the last to go ) I guess well see tonight!! I hope every has a wonderful day and remembers that if they slip it is OK and to just keep moving forward.

I think today is gonna be an unscheduled rest day. I have work early and late. But, I work retail, so I will still get my walking done. Lol.

Day 3/4: DONE. I think it was 60 squats and 20 burpees. For those who say they don't drink enough water, start working out and tell me that water doesn't taste like kool aid and your protein shake doesn't taste like a milkshake!!! So sweaty its crazy! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Day 4/5 : done, but a little late. Still proud because I didn't really think I'd even do them today. Glad I was wrong!
