Day 1 for me restarting my 30 day squat challenge ( in my pics )! Beginning stats... my weight is around 130. I'm 5"3 , 20 y/o. I'll give a more accurate weight In a day or two when I can step on the scale empty bellied. I think its 50 squats for the first day so.. time to get started!
Update: I'm lazy!!!! Just started over last night. 50 squats down. I also started the 30 day burpee challenge so 10 burpees down also. 55 squats and 15 burpees tomorrow!!

Slipped on day three but thinking about making them up at work. It makes me sad though because I can't do them all at once and I don't think its the same, spreading them out. Guess its better than not doing them at all.
So I didn't get the chance alone to do them but I will just do them tonight at normal time and just skip my rest day that way yesterday serves as my rest day. It will throw things off a bit but oh well. I'm supposed to post update pics tonight and I'm not sure if I will or if I'd rather wait another week so I can make a little more progress but I do feel as if I've already lost some tummy fat ( strange because most say its the last to go ) I guess well see tonight!! I hope every has a wonderful day and remembers that if they slip it is OK and to just keep moving forward.
Day 3/4: DONE. I think it was 60 squats and 20 burpees. For those who say they don't drink enough water, start working out and tell me that water doesn't taste like kool aid and your protein shake doesn't taste like a milkshake!!! So sweaty its crazy! Hope everyone has a great weekend!
Day 4/5 : done, but a little late. Still proud because I didn't really think I'd even do them today. Glad I was wrong!
