So this month's burpee challenge has been fun eh????!!!!

As it comes to an end, who's up for another challenge that will continue to hit those abs, burn that body fat & tone those legs??

SQUAT THRUST CHALLENGE!!!!

Same principle as the burpee challenge:
Start on day one with 10 squat thrusts, increasing by 5 each day & rest on the 5th day.

Pretty easy eh????

I've suggested some isometric stuff - a chatarunga challenge would be 'interesting' ? Maybe increasing the time held each day from 5 or 10secs? It's a tough move

Ok crazies - so this begins June 1st - of course others can start it whenever.

It's an easier exercise which we'll be able to do much faster & shouldn't be too painful until we get nearer to the end. 

It'll rip the hell out of our abs though so I hope you're prepared to look sexy

Hi Gloria, it's easy really. On June 1st you do 5 squat thrusts, increasing the number you do by 5 each day. On the 5th day you rest. We'll keep updating this topic so it'll be easy to follow. It won't get hard until you get into the second week by which time you'll be better at them. Hope that helps

I tried some of these today and I actually find them more difficult than burpees... Keep in mind I did burpees without the pushups

This starts on Monday!!!!!!

Start with 5
10 on Tuesday 
15 on Wednesday 
20 on Thursday 
Rest on Friday 
25 on Saturday 
30 on Sunday 
35 on Monday..... Etc etc etc 
Watch those legs & abs tone up nicely
