I work 12hr night shifts so my sleep schedule and body are all out of wack. On top of that I'm lacking motivaton, energy and any desire to do anything. It's almost like depression. Any suggestions from anyone who has felt the same or gone through these feelings?
I've done every scedule imaginable. Last year I was on 6, 12 hours shifts. Wednesday off only. Overnight. I have a son who was 2 years old at the time. I still worked out. There is no secret. I did it because I wanted it. If you want to do something, you will do it.
