Recently I've found that I have a bit of a muffin top coming on. I've tried eating better and doing mostly ab workouts; however, nothing has changed. I was wondering what workouts would be best for this? Also, I want a better bum, so what workouts could help me achieve these goals within a month?

Remember abs are made in the kitchen. You nutrition is 80% of the game. If you need some help there let me know. I would be more than happy too help.

Barbell back and front squat, stiff leg deadlifts,  leg press. And hiit cardio.
