My goal is to loose a lot of weight..I am 250lbs.after having my kids I just kept getting bigger...I don't get positive pushes from family..all I get is put down..and all I want to do is eat...I hate me. I hate my body. I hate the way I look...I have thrown out all junk food.and set up a great workout plan 3-4 days a week..new me.new way of eating. new way of living....I just need the motivation...and positive pushes..I can do this!!!

I was exactly like you too. I started working out to prove to others that i can do it. Now i do it because its an addiction and i love it. You have to put it in your mind that you can do it.
