Olympic dream - 400m

Just started my 400m training with this workout Quick Buns & Thighs, I'm hoping to get better and try for Olympics soon My main weakness would have to be keeping up the endurance when running a 400m.After finishing a race my legs would just collapse but my stamina would be fine.I'm still in high school and i want to be an Olympian very soon.Hopefully the motivation from you guys can help me reach for the dream I've always wanted .(P.S I have scoliosis so I can't pick up weights or do anything that effects badly on my back )
