Eating healthy 101
Taking a picture of yourself is something that I recommend my clients at the very beginning of there training as well as having a good and healthy breakfast low in calories rich on fibre and vitamins never leave your house unless you had something that can get you a kick start, that way you can overcome cravings.
Now why is this important? We will discuss it on our next topic.
I aim to hit at least 30 grams of protein with each meal. Since doing that I've been healing from workouts fast as well as getting enough satisfaction from meals and snacks. But yes I never leave without eating. Looking forward to future discussion.
