I just started back on the program that I'm in right now. I was able to do it before but im having trouble getting back at. Just finished my first workout. Wanna take a challenge? See if we can make it throughout the whole program?

Challenges are great for motivation! Check out the challenge forum there are quite a few good ones going on! And trust me, once you see results that becomes your motivation to keep at it!

I will try that, yeah i lose like 15 lbs doing the whole program before with proper diet and a little help from a diet capsule. But man i cant seem to stop eating. Lol
