Hey guys so I don't have a gym membership at the moment and when I work out at home sometimes I just can't stay motivated enough and end up slacking or skipping days just because I be having a busy schedule :( I need help because I want my whole muscle mass to get bigger! I weigh 132 lbs and I'm already getting toned but I still haven't formed the muscles that I want. I need some serious motivation and feel like a personal trainer is exactly what will help me finish getting into shape, because nothing else has worked out for me! So I would really appreciate it if someone can give me some info on one, thanks!!
