Currently my tommy is out of shape? My arms are so embarising don't feel comfortable wearing handles. Can't wear a fitted skirt and turk in my shirt. Ooooosh. Had my son through C section and is 3 yrs now. Is time to let those fat arms and belly go. Who is in?.

I did, but I did a combination of crunches and sit ups. I found that sit ups are a bit difficult if I don't have a spotter

It was so great doing 100 sit up today. Feel my belly burning out. oops

I didn't do my did up today (6/4). I was dealing with some personal issues and didn't have the drive to do any fitness. But I'll try again tomorrow

OOOOPS have been down with kneel pains due to the squat challange I embark in. Now am back on track 100 sit ups done. Who else did?
